So you've put in all the work and have been promoting Merchants on your website and in your newsletters. Maybe you have even forked out some cash on using PPC marketing with Google Adwords or Overture. Your clixGalore Affiliate account balance is looking healthy, but how do you actually get your hands on the cold, hard cash? This tutorial will tell you how and when your are paid using the clixGalore payment systems.
clixGalore pays Affiliates once per month for commissions earned (and confirmed) in the previous month. The level of your account balance must be equal to or over US$50 or AUD$100 or UKŁ35 or €60 to trigger the automatic payment system. If your account is less than the above, then the amount will carry over into the next month until you reach the payment threshold.
"Super Affiliates" who earns over $5000 per month may request to have their payments paid directly to their bank accounts with a bank wire.
Unless you are a "Super Affiliate" your payments will be made either by cheque (US residents only) or to your PayPal account (PayPal allows internet users to send money to each other using your email address as an ID). If you don't have a PayPal account then you will need to get one. Here's how:
First you will need to go to the www.paypal.com website and choose the option to "sign up." On the next page you have the option to sign up for a personal, premier or business account. You will need a premier account to receive payments from clixGalore (PayPal will allow you to upgrade later if you need to for any other reason). When you have finished signing up for your PayPal account, return to the clixGalore website.
If you have already created your clixGalore account then just log in. In the Member Home area in the Affiliate Programs Menu, you will see a menu item - "Edit / Add Affiliate Program Details or Website." After you have clicked on that option you will see a page with all of the details that you entered about yourself and your site when you signed up for clixGalore. Towards the top of the page, you will see a text box that asks for your PayPal details / cheque payee name. This is where you should type the email that you signed up with at PayPal or the cheque payee name. Be sure to save these details when you are done.
If you have yet to sign up for a clixGalore account then you will need to go to the "Sign Up" link on the clixGalore website. The following page will prompt you to put in all of your details - the first of which will be your PayPal account / payee name details. That is where you type the email address that you used to sign up to PayPal or the cheque payee name. Please note cheques are only mailed to US residents.
clixGalore will automatically make payments via a mailed cheque or to your PayPal account towards the end of each month if you have reached the minimum payment threshold. You will receive an automated email from PayPal when the funds have gone into your account. Once the funds are in your PayPal account you can contact them at any time to request they send the money to you - this can be done by cheque.

NOTE: Currently Australian Affiliates are paid directly into their bank accounts. clixGalore is planning to extend this service to the UK banks in the near future.
